was founded in 2004 by former owner, Lynn Costantino. We maintain
his vision by acting as a neutral third party for private contract
servicing. We work with clients to find solutions for all their
collection escrow needs. With over 50 years of combined experience
in this industry, we aim to be your “go to” for private contract
servicing. Our knowledge, experience and understanding are effective
and impactful in managing each contract we service. We ensure that
payments are processed timely and distributed according to the
agreed upon terms. We strive to provide personal service and
